Already at an early age, Monica was gifted in mathematics. She supported herself while studying towards her engineering degree at McGill University. A few years later, she became a successful executive in a large firm, leading development and construction projects. She decided then to start investing in real estate. This was in 1985. Her first transaction was a duplex in Montreal's Snowdon area. She paid $130,000 and sold it for $164,000 within a few months. Over the next 25 years she was involved in hundreds of successful money making deals and built several real estate businesses. Monica's real estate assets are now in the millions.
Following her MBA at the John Molson School of Business, Monica received a prestigious Beta Gamma award for her academic and leadership accomplishments. She has been serving on numerous boards of directors including Commercial Real Estate Women Network ( CREW) and AEEQiustified.
Many years ago, when Monica started investing she did not have mentor. Today she passionately believes in real estate investment literacy, including finance, debt financing, appraising, construction, negotiating and transactions.
Monica's success as a real estate developer and investor, construction cost expert and entrepreneur serves her to scout the best deals not only for herself and her partners, but for the members of the Real Estate Gold Investment Club. Her competence encompasses leveraging returns against risk. Her passion are coaching and teaching.
Monica's mission is to coach other people in real estate investment so they too, can accumulate wealth and achieve personal freedom for themselves and their children.
Ray (Remo) D'Onofrio, RPA, FMA, PQS

Remo's father, Pasquale, started his construction and development business in Montreal in 1955, followed by many successful years of building homes. Ray continued in his father's tradition, building 3 successful real estate companies. Remo's father lived through business adversity in 1968. Remo is aware that his father's business problems could have been avoided had he had access to education and mentoring in real estate finance. For this reason, Remo strongly believes in real estate investment education prior to taking large risks with your equity.
Like his father, Remo lived through high and lows in real estate, recessions and prosperity. He started investing in 1988, buying his first property. Since then Remo has been involved in hundreds of transactions and accumulated millions in real estate assets.
Ray's extensive background and expertise lies in construction cost consulting , as well as negotiating. He has successfully handled and concluded hundreds of deals. His strength is in assessing the physical condition and development costs of a property, thus reducing investment risk. His passion is finding and negotiating deals.
